Question 1 of 30
How much would you like to do this?
What is your actual or expected grade?
No results yet? Use the grade you expect.
Your favourite learning areas
Which two Grade 9 learning areas do you enjoy most? Pick both, favourite first — your first pick counts most. They shape your career matches and pull toward their own pathways, together with your 30 taps. This is about what you enjoy, not your marks.

What does your official slip say about your pathway suitability?
Just something to think about — there is nothing to enter here. When you have your official slip, look at it with a parent, guardian or teacher and compare it with what this check says. KAZIPOA never asks for your results and never records them.
✓ Grade-free paths exist for everyone — no grade shuts you out of a start.
Your favourite subjects in school
What are (or were) your two favourite subjects? Pick both, favourite first — they shape which careers come up and what shows first.

Each bar shows how strongly that interest came through in your answers, out of the most it could score. It measures interest, not ability.
Your grade is a guide, not a wall. Your results show paths your grade opens — and grade-free paths stay open to everyone, whatever your grade.
Your top types
Your best-fit paths
How were these chosen?
KAZIPOA picks your five matches the same honest way, in this order:
- Your interests come first. Your 30 taps build your interest code — the letters you saw at the top. A path rises when its letters match yours. This matters most.
- Your grade is a guide, not a wall. Your list shows paths your grade really opens. A strong grade points at degree paths. Lower grades always keep a grade-free path in your list. A path that needs a higher grade can still show up — it is clearly marked a reach, with the route to get there. Some paths also need certain subjects; each card says so.
- Your grade then gives a lift. A higher grade nudges up the salaried and degree paths it opens for you — but only among careers that already fit your interests.
- Demand only breaks ties. When two paths fit you the same, the one Kenya needs more shows first. Demand never beats a better interest match.
Then we show the best-paying first. Once your five matches are picked the honest way above, the one that pays best comes first. Any reach comes after. Pay sets the order you see; fit decides who makes the list.
Tap “Why this path?” on any card above to see the reason for that exact career.
Within reach if you level up
These aren’t in your matches above — your grade doesn’t open them yet. They fit your interests, and people reach them all the time. Here’s an honest way in:
These are goals, not results — clearly marked so you always know what it takes. Your grade is a guide, not a wall.
Worth a look — beyond your type
Exploration, not a result. Your ranked five above are still your honest best fits.

Careers that match your interests
This is a starting point, not a placement decision. Use it with your parent or guardian and your teacher counsellor. Confirm tracks, subject combinations and schools on the official Ministry portal. You record your choices there; the Ministry makes the final placement after official review.
